Where do I begin...?

Are you just starting out and have a small business ?  Do you know which version of QuickBooks you should be using?   Do you want more information on the pros and cons of the desktop vs online version of QuickBooks?  You can host your files locally or virtually, which is best for you?  We would love to help.  


We will start by getting to know you and your business first.  The next step is setting up your accounting data file.  From there we will cover in detail your accounting categories and needs, including the Chart of Accounts, your item list, your vendors, and your clients and processes specific to your company's activity.   We provide training on the parts of QuickBooks which will be most valuable to you.

It's all in the details...

 All of your transaction data – from every debit and credit card purchase, every bill payment, every deposit received, and every dollar spent should be posted to QuickBooks.  You may need to track inventory and create purchase orders, in which case we can get that process all ready to go.  Each account you have should be reconciled monthly.  If you don’t know how, we can teach you or take care of it for you.  

With all of your transactions in one place monthly reports will tell where your money came from, and where your money went.
